Yolk Recruitment Ltd. in Exeter is partnering with a well-established Legal 500 firm to recruit a Junior Property Litigation Solicitor for a hybrid, flexible role.
You will build your caseload in housing and property matters, working alongside experienced lawyers and developing your expertise. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years' PQE in property litigation, enjoy advising on housing management issues, and be proactive in building client relationships while supporting business development.

I'm working with a well-established and highly ranked Legal 500 firm that is looking to strengthen its Property Litigation team, offering the chance to work alongside experienced lawyers while building your own caseload and developing your expertise.
The team has a particular strength in the housing and property sector, acting for registered providers, local authorities and other housing clients on a broad range of property litigation and housing management matters.
