Job summary

G2 Legal Limited is seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor in the Brighton & Hove area. The role suits a Newly Qualified Solicitor or up to 4 years' PQE with a focus on property dispute resolution and landlord/tenant matters.

You will manage your own caseload, contribute to business development, and benefit from hybrid working with offices in Sussex and London. Strong client handling and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales.
• Up to 4 years PQE in property litigation.
• Strong understanding of landlord and tenant law.
• Excellent negotiation and client-handling skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to business development.
• Exceptional organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle a varied caseload of property litigation matters.
• Advise clients on landlord and tenant disputes (residential and commercial).
• Manage possession claims, lease disputes and other contentious property issues.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Contribute to business development and networking initiatives.
• Work collaboratively within a dynamic dispute resolution team.
