Harrison Drury Solicitors is seeking a solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE and strong commercial property litigation experience to join our Land and Property Dispute Resolution team. The role involves handling a varied caseload, developing expertise, and supporting senior fee earners across offices in Preston and Kendal, with flexibility to work from multiple locations.

You will contribute to high-quality advice, manage matters under supervision, and engage in business development to grow the property

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ PQE ideally in property disputes.
• Strong commercial property litigation experience.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Delivering excellent client service and building strong client relationships.
• Managing matters under appropriate supervision and drafting court documents.
• Liaising with Court, instructing counsel and experts; attending hearings.
