Harrison Drury Solicitors in Preston seeks a Property Litigation Paralegal to provide high-quality support to the team and undertake fee-earning work under supervision. You will manage files, attend hearings, and liaise with Courts and Counsel while maintaining meticulous records.

Qualifications

• Experience in property or commercial litigation support in a law firm or professional services environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience in an administrative or paralegal role.
• Good legal research skills and accuracy under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage own files and matters under supervision while undertaking fee-earning work.
• Attend court hearings, mediations and client meetings with detailed notes.
• Liaise with Counsel, Courts and third parties to progress matters.
• Oversee file administration: opening, closing, archiving, billing and records.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and progress critical dates and directions.
• Prepare court bundles and assist with diary and meeting management.
• Handle new client enquiries by telephone and email and support matter inception.
• Draft correspondence, court documents and other legal documents.
