Job summary

Michael Page Legal is seeking an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to support a leading international law firm's busy real estate disputes team during a peak period. The role offers hybrid working and a strong chance of extension beyond the initial three-month contract.

You will advise on landlord and tenant disputes, lease renewals, dilapidations, possession, easements, and development-related disputes for institutional and corporate clients, with autonomy and client-facing drafting

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor experience within Property Litigation
• Strong grounding in commercial real estate disputes
• Experience managing matters with minimal supervision
• Excellent client communication and drafting skills
• Availability to start at short notice or within the coming weeks

Client Details

This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer looking for high-quality work within a collaborative and well-resourced environment. The initial contract is expected to run for approximately three months, although there is a strong possibility of extension given current and anticipated workflow.

Description

Working as part of a busy Property Litigation team, you will advise on a broad range of commercial real estate disputes, including:

• Commercial landlord and tenant disputes
• Lease renewals and dilapidations claims
• Possession and forfeiture matters
• Easements, rights of way and restrictive covenant issues
• Development-related disputes
• General strategic property litigation advice for a range of institutional and corporate clients

The team is looking for someone who can quickly integrate into an established practice and handle matters with a good degree of autonomy.

Profile
