G2 Legal is recruiting for a Solicitor / Associate to join a leading national law firm's expanding Real Estate Litigation team. You will handle high-quality commercial property disputes for major clients, with exposure to 1954 Act issues, dilapidations, landlord remedies and related notices.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial Real Estate Litigation with strong technical understanding of the 1954 Act, dilapidations, landlord remedies and notices.
• Ability to manage property-related disputes with a client-focused, commercially aware approach.
• Proven track record of taking ownership and contributing to a growing practice.

Responsibilities

• Handle a wide range of commercial property disputes, including lease renewals (1954 Act).
• Assist with break options, contractual/statutory notices and dilapidations matters.
• Advise on restrictive covenants, rights of way, boundary disputes, trespass and nuisance.
• Manage possession and insolvency-related matters; pursue rent arrears and landlord remedies.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and broader property disputes.

A leading national law firm is looking to strengthen its expanding Real Estate Litigation team with the appointment of a talented Solicitor / Associate.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established and ambitious team, working on high-quality and varied commercial property disputes for a broad range of clients, including major household names.

The opportunity

You will have exposure to a wide range of commercial property disputes, including:

• 1954 Act lease renewals, both opposed and unopposed
• Break options and contractual/statutory notices
• Dilapidations disputes and settlements
• Restrictive covenants
• Rights of way, boundary disputes, trespass and nuisance
• Possession and insolvency-related matters
• Rent arrears, forfeiture, CRAR and landlord remedies
• Court proceedings and wider commercial property disputes

The team works closely with the firm's transactional Real Estate practice, alongside dedicated Legal Operations, Business Services and real estate paralegal support.
