DAC Beachcroft’s Manchester office seeks a 0-3 PQE Solicitor to join the busy Real Estate - Property Litigation team, focusing on commercial landlord and tenant disputes.

The department handles contentious and transactional real estate work for clients including property developers, health trusts, and government bodies, with cross-border support from the firm and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• 0-3 PQE Solicitor with a strong educational background.
• Experience in commercial landlord and tenant disputes preferred.
• Able to deliver concise commercial advice and manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle statutory notices and advise on their validity.
• Deal with contentious lease renewals, termination notices and proceedings.
• Interpret and enforce lease obligations; arrears recovery and tenant insolvency.
• Possess potential to expand supervisory role (PQE dependent).
• Support marketing and business development activities within the team.
