Job summary

G2 Legal in Taunton, Somerset is seeking an Associate Solicitor or Legal Executive to lead a Commercial Property Litigation caseload. Hybrid and flexible working are offered, with the chance to manage existing clients in a dynamic, progressive firm.

You will handle breaches of lease, forfeiture, covenants, easements, and contribute to business development. Applicants should have at least 2 years PQE and property litigation experience.

• Run your own Commercial Property Litigation caseload with oversight of property disputes
• Breach of lease, forfeiture, covenants, easements and rights of way
• 2+ years PQE; solicitor or legal executive in property litigation
