Experience handling a range of property disputes.
Ability to manage a personal caseload with minimal supervision.

Excellent research and attention to detail.
Commercially aware and proactive.

Responsibilities

Handle a varied caseload of property litigation matters including landlord and tenant disputes.
Advise on boundary disputes, lease issues, and property-related disagreements.
Manage property damage claims from instruction through to resolution.
Support partners on complex, high-value commercial litigation matters.
Work with clients across sectors including SMEs and individuals.
Conduct legal research and prepare high-quality advice and documentation.
Assist with business development initiatives and client relationship management.
Collaborate with the disputes team in Manchester.

Property Litigation Associate Solicitor – Manchester – up to £85,000

The Role

Handling a varied caseload of property litigation matters including landlord and tenant disputes
