Property Litigation Solicitor | International Law Firm | City of London

We're working with a highly regarded international law firm, renowned for its top-tier disputes practice, looking to add a talented Property Litigation Solicitor to its growing London team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a Legal 500 ranked practice, working alongside leading partners and a strong bench of associates in a team known for handling some of the most high-profile and complex real estate disputes in the market.

As part of this busy and collegiate team, you'll be involved in a broad spectrum of contentious property work, including:

- Commercial landlord and tenant disputes
- Development-related litigation (including rights of light and party wall issues)
- Telecoms disputes and secured lending matters
- Rent reviews, dilapidations and lease renewals
- Property-related professional negligence claims

From day one, you'll be given direct client exposure, meaningful responsibility, and hands-on supervision to support your development. This is a team that values collaboration and invests in its junior lawyers - providing both structured learning and early involvement in complex, high-value work.

The Ideal Candidate:

- 1-3 years' PQE and solid experience in real estate litigation (either in private practice or in-house)
- A strong academic background and sound technical skills
- A commercial mindset and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication skills and a personable, client-facing approach
- A collaborative working style and a desire to grow within a leading team
- Experience with development disputes and telecoms-related work is advantageous, but not essential.
