eNL is recruiting for a Property Litigation Solicitor in Leeds with 4+ years' PQE to join a respected property disputes team. You will handle a varied caseload including landlord and tenant disputes, easements and covenants, with autonomy and support from an experienced group.

The successful candidate will bring strong communication and negotiation skills, a client-focused approach and a track record in commercial property litigation.

Property Litigation Solicitor / 4+ PQE / Leeds / c£85,000 DOE / An excellent opportunity for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join a highly regarded property disputes team, handling a varied caseload of commercial property disputes with a high level of autonomy and the support of an experienced and collaborative team

JOB TITLE:Property Litigation Solicitor

PQE REQUIRED: 4+

LOCATION: Leeds

SALARY:Up to £85,000 (DOE)

THE ROLE: You will join an established property disputes team, taking responsibility for a varied caseload of commercial property litigation matters. The work will include landlord and tenant disputes, easements, adverse possession, restrictive covenants and rights to light, acting for a diverse range of clients across different sectors. This is a position offering genuine responsibility and autonomy, with the opportunity to develop client relationships and play an active role in delivering practical, commercially focused advice. You will work within an enthusiastic and supportive team, with an emphasis on providing a high standard of service and achieving positive outcomes for clients.

THE CANDIDATE: The successful candidate will have at least 4 years' PQE and a strong background in commercial property litigation, with experience handling a broad range of property disputes. You will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong client focused approach and the ability to manage matters confidently and independently. You should enjoy working collaboratively and be committed to delivering high quality legal services.
