An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within an established North West based Local Authority as a Locum Property Litigation Solicitor. The client is looking for someone to start immediately on a full-time basis, remote; however, part-time candidates will also be considered. The role is initially for 3 months, with the possibility of extension.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

1. Dealing with adverse possession, lease disputes, unauthorised occupation, and breach of planning.

2. Primarily focusing on property disputes.

This role is suitable for a Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or CILEx.

Hourly rate: £55-60 per hour, via Umbrella.
