Property Litigation Solicitor, Cambridge : 6+ PQE : An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading national Top 50 law firm, which is looking to further strengthen its highly regarded Property Disputes team in Cambridge.

JOB TITLE: Property Litigation Lawyer

PQE: 6+

LOCATION: Cambridge

SALARY: Circa GBP 70k plus (DOE)

The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join a leading national Top 50 law firm in Cambridge, working alongside highly regarded Partners and senior lawyers on a broad and interesting portfolio of real estate disputes.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to develop their career within a well:established and growing property disputes practice, with exposure to a varied caseload spanning commercial, residential and agricultural property litigation.

You will handle a diverse range of matters, with particular emphasis on commercial leasehold and freehold disputes, including:

• Forfeiture and possession proceedings
• Lease renewals and rent review disputes
• Restrictive covenants
• Rights of way and easements
• Option disputes
• Adverse possession
• Wider commercial property disputes

You will have the opportunity to take ownership of your own caseload while working closely with Partners and senior colleagues on more complex and high:value matters. Depending on your level of experience, there will also be scope to supervise and support junior lawyers, providing an excellent opportunity to develop your leadership skills and play a key role within the wider team.

THE CANDIDATE
