Job summary

G2 Legal Limited is seeking a senior Property Litigation solicitor to join the Bromsgrove office on a hybrid basis. You will manage a varied caseload for commercial, agricultural and private clients, handling land and property disputes, landlord and tenant issues, and rural disputes.

The role offers a genuine succession opportunity within a well-established regional firm, with a 35-hour week and generous benefits including healthcare, enhanced pension contributions, and wellbeing support.

Qualifications

• Experienced Property Litigation Partner or Senior Solicitor with strong technical expertise and a proven track record across a broad range of property disputes.
• Excellent client management, communication and negotiation skills, with commercial awareness.
• Experience acting for rural, agricultural or landowning clients would be a strong advantage.

The Role

You’ll join an established Civil Litigation team and manage a varied Property Litigation caseload, acting for commercial, agricultural and private clients. Your work will include land and property disputes, landlord and tenant disputes, rural disputes, etc.

There will also be opportunities to contribute to business development, marketing, seminars and training, as well as supporting the wider team with your expertise.

About You

We’re looking for an experienced Property Litigation Partner or Senior Solicitor with strong technical expertise and a proven track record across a broad range of property disputes.
