Property Litigation Solicitor – 2-4 PQE

The Role

As a Housing Solicitor, you will manage your own caseload while assisting the Partner with a variety of disputes. The work will be diverse, encompassing housing and leasehold management matters as well as wider property litigation. Typical cases include injunctions, possession claims, disrepair issues, service charge disputes, and general property-related conflicts.

The Candidate

You will be a Solicitor with an interest in housing matters, who possesses strong academic credentials and local ties to South Wales. Due to the team’s structure, this position would suit a solicitor with at least 1 year’s PQE; however, candidates with more or less experience are encouraged to apply.
