You should have broad property litigation experience and possess good knowledge of residential property issues, with a focus on matters arising from the Building Safety Act 2022.

The department serves a diverse range of clients. You can work from home 2 days a week.

If you have at least 6 years of experience in real estate litigation and residential expertise in Building Safety issues, as well as experience with:

• Non-building safety related service charge matters, including s.27A applications, s.20 consultation, breach of covenant, and related Tribunal proceedings
• Enforcement of easements and restrictive covenants
