The Role:

Seeking a Property Litigation Partner with 10+ PQE to join an award-winning firm in Central London.

The department handles a broad range of work, including land disputes, property contract disputes, residential and commercial property disputes, residential possession claims for landlords, bridging, defending commercial forfeiture claims, debt recovery for unpaid rent and service charges.

The client base includes property portfolio holders, large charities, retailers, housebuilders, developers, social landlords, and government institutions.

Requirements:

• Property Litigation Partner with 10+ Years PQE
• Attention to detail and ability to see issues from a commercial perspective
• Keen, driven, and ambitious attitude to provide top-tier client service
