Senior Associate - Property Litigation

This highly regarded Legal 500 and Chambers Ranked law firm is seeking a Senior Associate Property Litigation Solicitor who is looking for a step up in responsibility and career progression. (Partnership is available for the right candidates either straight away, or in the near future).

The Role:

The firm is looking for a Senior Associate to join their busy and dynamic Property Litigation department in London or Hertfordshire.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to take on more responsibility and build their own client base while continuing to work on a wide range of high-profile property litigation matters.

You will be working closely with a team of experienced real estate partners, many of whom focus on prime London real estate and represent HNW and UHNW clients. As a Senior Associate, you will take on more leadership within the department, mentoring junior lawyers and helping shape the future of the practice.

This role can be based from either their London or Hertfordshire offices, with those based in London open to working from their Hertfordshire office some of the time.

Requirements:

• You will be a Senior Associate with a strong background in Property Litigation
• You will have demonstrated leadership potential and a desire to take on more responsibility
• A proven track record in business development and client management would be an advantage
• You should be highly motivated with excellent technical skills and an ambition to progress to partnership
