Job summary

McKinlay Law seeks an experienced legal PA to support two partners handling property litigation and landlord/tenant disputes. The role focuses on secretarial and PA duties with a strong emphasis on organisation and IT skills.

The ideal candidate has at least two years’ experience in a law firm, with property litigation exposure preferred. Hybrid working is available, offering two days remote each week.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' experience in another law firm.
• Property litigation experience deemed essential; conveyancing/property experience with another litigation area may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Diary management of fee earners.
• Client liaison with external and internal clients.
• Dealing with client correspondence and emails.
• Administration and document production.
• Amending and editing documents.
• Land registry searches.
