McKinlay Law seeks an experienced legal PA to provide secretarial and PA support to partners handling property litigation, landlord/tenant disputes. A minimum of two years' experience in another law firm is required, and property litigation experience is preferred, though a combination with conveyancing may be considered.

The role involves diary management, client liaison, drafting and editing documents, and land registry searches. Hybrid working is available, with two days remote.

Our client needs an experienced legal PA to provide secretarial and PA support to a couple of partners dealing with property litigation, landlord / tenant disputes etc. A minimum of two years' experience working within another law firm is required and whilst property litigation experience is deemed essential, they are potentially willing to consider someone who has a combination of experience in conveyancing/property work and a different area of litigation.

Expected duties will include diary management of fee earners, client liaison, dealing with client correspondence and emails, administration, document production, amending and editing documents, land registry searches etc. You will need to possess excellent IT and organisation skills.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experience property litigation PA looking for a change into an essential role within a successful practice. Hybrid working is available - two days remote.
