What will you be doing?
Our practice is one of the largest nationally and is expanding. We have an enviable client list, made up of landlords and tenants (with national portfolios), developers and investors, ranging from significant public sector bodies to FTSE 250 household names across sectors including telecoms, retail, energy, and central and local government, as well as transport and infrastructure.
You'll play an important role in helping us grow, assisting in a wide range of contentious commercial property matters, including telecoms, landlord and tenant issues (e.g., 1954 Act renewals, dilapidations, and break notices) and general property issues such as adverse possession, easements, and title disputes. The team is extremely busy, so you'll be able to get involved in high-quality client work from the start. Strong interpersonal skills are essential to effectively manage the different interests of our clients.
