Motus Legal Recruitment is assisting a leading Surrey law firm in recruiting a Property Litigation Associate (2+ PQE) to join its Real Estate Disputes team in Guildford with hybrid working (up to 3 days remote).

The role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of high-quality property litigation matters for landlords, tenants, developers, investors and private clients, with a path to develop business development and client relationships in a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years PQE in property litigation.

Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload of property litigation matters with appropriate autonomy.
• Advising on landlord and tenant disputes, possession proceedings, and forfeiture matters.
• Delivering commercially focused and pragmatic legal advice.
• Supervising junior team members where appropriate.
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Contributing to business development and profile-raising activities.
