Job summary

Farrar Levin Legal Recruitment is assisting a well-regarded Guildford law firm on an opportunity for a Property Litigation lawyer with 0 to 2 years’ PQE. The team handles a broad range of real estate dispute resolution matters for occupier, investor and developer clients nationwide.

You will work on landlord and tenant renewals, disputes, easements, covenants, boundary issues, adverse possession and related High Court/County Court litigation.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years PQE in property litigation.
• Excellent inter-personal skills and strong academics.
• Grounding in commercial landlord and tenant work to assist occupier/investor clients.

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of property litigation matters including landlord and tenant disputes, dilapidations, rent reviews, and forfeiture.
• Conduct disputes in High Court, County Court, and tribunals as required.
• Support occupier and investor clients with property litigation strategies and ADR where appropriate.
