Job summary

eNL Legal Recruitment is assisting a leading national law firm in recruiting a Property Litigation Associate for its Birmingham team. The role requires 3+ years' PQE and a strong background in commercial property disputes.

You will handle a broad caseload for landlords, tenants and developers, with opportunities to work closely with senior lawyers and progress within a respected national practice.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' PQE in Property Litigation.
• Strong experience dealing with commercial property disputes.
• Excellent technical and drafting skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload with autonomy.
• Strong client relationship and communication skills.
• Commercial and pragmatic approach to dispute resolution.
• Ambition to develop career within a leading national practice.

Responsibilities

• Work on a broad range of commercial property disputes.
• Carry landlord/tenant disputes, lease renewals, dilapidations, rent and service charge disputes.
• Handle boundary, easement and nuisance matters.
• Manage matters with autonomy while supporting senior team members on complex disputes.
