About the Job
We are working with a full-service law firm, recruiting a NQ Property Litigation Associate for the firm’s London office.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a Top Tier Legal 500 law firm in the Real Estate Litigation team in London.
The team is based across the firm’s national offices handling high value and complex commercial / residential property litigation disputes. This includes dealing with a large number of complex real estate disputes, varying in size and complexity and instructions from multi-million-pound organisations, high-net worth individuals and owner-managed businesses. The team handles cases at all levels of the Court system, as well as before Tribunals and arbitration panels. The practice also provides advice on risk mitigation and management in the context of potential disputes.
The workload will include, but is not limited to: commercial and residential landlord and tenant issues, real property disputes, party wall and rights of light work, TOLATA claims and professional negligence matters, along with a specialist leasehold enfranchisement practice.
The ideal candidate will be a Property Litigation Lawyer that is NQ - 2 PQE, with experience gained from a large regional or city firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of property disputes, primarily commercial property matters.
