Job summary

Lloyds Living is seeking a Training & Learning Manager to lead the LLPM learning programme for property management and lettings. The role focuses on identifying capability gaps, designing outcome-led plans, and embedding learning into daily operations, with a strong emphasis on governance and risk alignment.

You will partner with LLPM, Portfolio, Mobilisation and Risk teams to translate insights into practical learning interventions and ensure high-quality delivery across external providers.

Qualifications

• Strong background in property management / lettings / property operations.
• Experience in learning, training or capability development.
• Coordinating programmes or projects across multiple stakeholders.
• Exposure to regulatory environments (e.g. H&S, compliance, customer outcomes).
• Familiarity with property compliance frameworks (e.g. Building Safety, CDM, safety standards).

Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination and delivery of the LLPM learning programme to ensure capability for safe, compliant property management at scale.
• Identify capability gaps and define an outcome-led learning plan aligned to Lloyds Living's operating model and standards.
• Act as integration point between LLPM, Skills Development and external providers; ensure learning is outcome-focused and embedded in day-to-day work.
• Oversee end-to-end learning solutions, quality delivery, scope management, and external provider outputs.
• Coordinate rollout across LLPM to ensure clear ownership and governance alignment.
