TSR Legal in Bristol seeks a Head of Property to lead and grow its property team. You will manage a varied residential and commercial caseload, provide expert guidance, and maintain high client service levels.

A strategic leader will drive business development and oversee operations, budgets and best practices to keep the department competitive. The role requires a solicitor with significant property law experience, proven leadership, and a commercial, client-focused mindset.

• Qualified solicitor with significant property law experience.
• Proven track record leading a property team or department.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills to develop others.
