Job summary

Anchor Hanover Group is seeking a buildings-focused Project Manager to lead planned investment and refurbishment projects across its portfolio of homes. You will drive delivery safely, efficiently and to high standards, improving residents' living environments while delivering value for money.

In this role you'll coordinate internal teams, contractors and suppliers from inception to completion, ensuring compliance, quality and strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing construction, refurbishment or planned maintenance projects.
• Strong contractor and stakeholder management experience.
• Knowledge of CDM, Building Safety Act, HHSRS and Decent Homes Standards.
• Experience with JCT and/or NEC contract frameworks.
• Budget management, financial reporting and forecasting skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and project/asset management systems.
• Ability to travel across the region.

Responsibilities

• Lead planned investment programmes from inception to completion.
• Manage contractors and supply chain partners to ensure quality and compliance.
• Develop briefs into deliverable work packages.
• Act as the link between project teams, contractors and stakeholders.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts and financial performance for value for money.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, health and safety and governance.
• Support contract management, disputes resolution and commercial decisions.
• Promote continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement.
