Job summary

Davies is seeking a Property Risk & Coverage Lawyer to join our Legal department in Bolton with a flexible hybrid working policy. You will manage your own cases related to property damage and insurance coverage, while supporting lead lawyers on high-value matters often over £1 million.

You’ll contribute to training seminars for insurer clients and help develop client relationships through technical presentations and workshops.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with FILEX or equivalent.
• 2+ years in defendant property insurance claims.
• Strong understanding of disputes and insurance claims.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a full caseload from start to finish.
• Draft advices and bespoke coverage opinions.
• Support litigation processes and conduct legal research.
• Attend client meetings and strategy discussions.
• Ensure compliance with SRA Standards & Regulations.
