Keoghs LLP, a leading insurance law firm in the UK, invites an experienced insurance lawyer to join the Property Risks and Coverage Team in Bolton with hybrid working. You will run your own caseload while backing senior lawyers on high-value claims often over £1 million, and contribute to client seminars and professional development.

The role includes training responsibilities, collaboration with insurer clients, and ensuring compliance with SRA standards.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with FILEX status and UK practising certificate.
• Experience handling defendant property insurance claims.
• Knowledge of disputes and insurer client workflows.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a caseload from start to finish.
• Draft advices and prepare bespoke coverage opinions.
• Support litigation processes and strategy execution.
• Attend client meetings and strategy discussions for note-taking.
