Job summary

Wolverhampton Homes is seeking a Property Inspector to join our Asset & Stock Investment Team. You will inspect homes across communities, identify defects, and gather stock condition information to inform future investment decisions.

You will prepare repair specifications, quantify works using the Schedule of Rates, and provide technical advice while coordinating with colleagues to deliver right-first-time solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in property inspections, surveying, construction, repairs or maintenance.
• Ability to identify building defects and recommend practical solutions.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

We're looking for a Property Inspector to join our Asset & Stock Investment Team and play a vital role in ensuring our homes remain safe, compliant and fit for purpose. You'll be out in our communities carrying out inspections, identifying defects, gathering stock condition information and helping shape future investment decisions across our housing portfolio.,

• Carrying out property inspections and stock condition surveys
