Hybrid – Covering Southport, Bournemouth and Southampton
You will play a key role in safeguarding the standards, safety and presentation of our developments across Southampton, Bournemouth, Portsmouth and surrounding areas. With a hybrid working pattern and a strong focus on being on site, you will typically complete around 4–6 inspections each day, ensuring communal areas, building fabric and services are well maintained and any risks are quickly addressed.
You will be supported by a dedicated property management team and receive a £4,000 per annum car allowance on top of your salary. First-stage interviews will be via Microsoft Teams. This role is ideal if you have experience in property management, property/site inspections or maintenance—particularly if you bring a practical, hands‑on maintenance mindset and enjoy being out on the road.
You will spend most days visiting multiple developments, completing structured inspections, capturing clear reports with photos, and escalating any hazards, defects or maintenance needs. You will liaise with site staff, contractors and residents, following through actions to resolution and keeping accurate records so issues are prioritised and resolved swiftly.
