Asda is offering a 2-year Property Graduate Programme based in Leeds, with a hybrid working pattern requiring a minimum of three days per week in Asda House. The programme covers store design, planning, cost and programme management, and implementation, providing structured development and exposure to multiple property disciplines.

You will be supported by mentors and may undertake external qualifications relevant to your area of interest.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate in Business, Economics, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Retail Design or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Experience across property functions including store design and planning, cost and programme management, and implementation.
• Support delivery across multiple property projects within a hybrid work model.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and stakeholder alignment.
