You will gain insight into project lifecycles, site visits, and the support of senior mentors to develop specialist property expertise.

Based in Leeds with a minimum of three days in-office, the programme provides structured development, external qualifications, and clear progression toward management roles within Asda's Property

Qualifications

• Recent graduate in Business, Economics or related disciplines.
• Interest or experience in retail or construction environment.
• Willing to undertake external qualification relevant to Property.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to Property disciplines across store design, planning and delivery.
• Visit sites and understand project lifecycles in retail environments.
• Work with mentors and teams to develop specialist property expertise.
• Support cost control and delivery of asset replacement programmes.
• Collaborate with contractors, consultants and internal stakeholders.
