Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance services.
• Willingness to travel to meetings/training when needed.

Responsibilities

• Undertake property void maintenance work.
• Decoration and maintenance of individual properties.
• Be passionate about going the extra mile to provide an outstanding customer service.
• Manage your own diary and caseload and interact with many people daily.
• Repair and maintenance of communal areas, offices and external grounds.
