Job summary

Spicerhaart Group Ltd. in Slough is seeking a Property Management Externals Associate to perform external inspections, inventories and tenancy appointments across Slough, Maidenhead, Bracknell and Hayes.

You will work independently within a supportive team to protect landlord assets and ensure compliance. The role covers a broad tenancy lifecycle with reporting, documentation, and liaison with landlords and tenants.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.
• Experience in property, lettings, inventory or inspections.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently.
• ARLA Propertymark qualification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property visits in line with policy and compliance.
• Complete inventory and check-in/check-out documentation with photos.
• Upload reports promptly and accurately for tenancy start/end.
• Identify risks, maintenance issues and compliance concerns and escalate.
• Provide professional customer service to landlords and tenants.
