Chadwick Nott is seeking an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its growing Bournemouth team in Dorset. You will handle a varied caseload across civil litigation with a focus on property disputes and landlord and tenant matters, advising clients and developing strong relationships.

You will manage cases from instruction to resolution, mentor junior colleagues, and contribute to business development and client care.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive.
• Ideally 5+ years' PQE within dispute resolution or civil litigation.
• Experience handling property litigation and landlord and tenant matters.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage your own caseload.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.

Responsabilités

• Advise clients on dispute resolution and litigation matters.
• Manage cases from instruction through to resolution.
• Handle property-related disputes, landlord and tenant issues, and general civil litigation work.
• Support and mentor junior members of the team where appropriate.
• Develop client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives, networking and marketing activities.
