Job summary

Riverside is seeking a Property Hierarchy Coordinator to support a time-limited project to compile, maintain and sense-check property hierarchies for TRG assets. You will collate data from experts, prepare stakeholder packs and ensure consistent, accurate Excel templates for approval.

The role focuses on data quality, standardised procedures and clear communication with stakeholders across TRG, with an emphasis on high-volume hierarchy data and audit trails.

Qualifications

• Experience handling large volumes of structured data in Excel.
• Ability to check, format, compare and maintain records.
• Follow agreed standards and maintain data consistency.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and document decisions clearly.
• Maintain audit trails and data quality across hierarchies.

Responsibilities

• Compile proposed block structures and property hierarchies into Excel templates.
• Sense-check hierarchy records for completeness, consistency and anomalies.
• Collate data from surveys and subject matter experts to support reviews.
• Escalate data gaps or conflicts to the project lead.
• Prepare stakeholder packs with proposed hierarchies and decisions.
• Record stakeholder feedback and update hierarchy records accordingly.
• Populate Excel templates accurately for IT review and approval.
• Maintain audit trails of hierarchy changes and sources.
• Support data quality checks before submission for approval.
• Contribute to project tracking and progress reporting.
