Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group's Lloyds Living unit in Manchester seeks a Data Analyst to join a nascent technology team. You’ll design, develop and maintain reporting from MRI Qube PM and MRI Engage CRM, turning complex property data into actionable insights.

This permanent, full-time role follows hybrid working with ~40% hub attendance and close collaboration with property management and finance teams. Based in Manchester, you’ll help build robust data platforms and deliver timely, reliable reporting to

Qualifications

• Extract, transform and present data from MRI Qube PM and MRI Engage CRM.
• Design and maintain reporting datasets for operational teams.
• Develop robust data reporting and dashboards to support governance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain tactical reporting solutions using MRI Qube PM and MRI Sales & Lettings.
• Translate business reporting requirements into effective data models, reports and dashboards.
• Optimise existing reports and data processes for performance, reliability and maintainability.
• Support integration of property management data into Lloyds Living's wider data and reporting environment.
