Property Damage Senior Associate Solicitor

William James Recruitment is seeking a Property Damage Senior Associate Solicitor for a leading International Tier 1 ranked law firm, recognized by Legal 500.

This role involves handling complex, high-value property damage claims, policy coverage disputes, product liability, fraud cases, and subrogated recoveries, working with some of the UK's largest insurers.

You will participate in significant litigation, including advocacy, mediations, and trials, draft detailed legal advice, and handle high-level negotiations and instructions to counsel.

The position offers opportunities for client training seminars, workshops, and business development, with some hybrid office attendance depending on experience.
