The role requires a thorough understanding of the residential conveyancing process from instruction through to completion, with duties spanning client onboarding, document preparation, and coordinating searches.

Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of the residential conveyancing process.

Responsibilities

• Manage new client instructions, prepare fee estimates and client care documentation, complete onboarding and source of funds checks, issue contract packs, arrange property searches.
• Liaise with clients by telephone and email, manage post-exchange requirements, prepare completion statements, coordinate completions, including requesting mortgage funds and arranging payments.
• Handle post-completion matters, property registrations and SDLT returns.
