North Somerset Council is seeking an experienced Legal Adviser to join the Property & Contracts Team in Weston-super-Mare. The role focuses on a varied portfolio of property and commercial matters and supports services across the Council to deliver real benefits to residents and businesses.

You will work alongside a friendly, experienced team of lawyers and develop your career while contributing to the Council’s objectives. This post is hybrid and permanent.

Formación

• Good working knowledge and practical experience of property work.
• Experience of drafting legal documents and the ability to give clear and accurate legal advice.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to work under pressure, prioritise workload to meet client requirements.
• The ability to work as part of a team, be enthusiastic, self‑motivated and a willingness to expand your legal knowledge and skills.
• Competent ICT skills.
