We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Property Consultant who understands what it truly takes to succeed in today’s competitive property market. You will be proactive in generating and nurturing high-quality leads, with a meticulous approach to follow-up that ensures no opportunity slips through the cracks. Your ability to deliver accurate, insightful appraisals will set the stage for successful outcomes, while your talent for managing multiple pipelines will keep transactions moving smoothly from initial enquiry through to completion.

In this role, you will be a trusted advisor to both buyers and vendors, staying ahead of market trends and offering knowledgeable, strategic insights that add real value. You’ll combine commercial awareness with strong interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships and consistently exceed expectations.

What we are looking for:

  • A good foundation in estate agency, lettings, or residential property sales (preferred, but not essential)
  • A self-starter mindset with proven ability to generate, manage, and convert leads
  • Confident communication and negotiation skills, with a sharp eye for detail
  • The ability to stay calm and organised under pressure, while managing multiple priorities
  • Willingness to travel to attend appointments and host Open Events as required

What You Will Do:

As a Property Consultant, you will be at the heart of our mission to deliver exceptional service and achieve outstanding sales results. Your role is pivotal in ensuring properties are sold at the best possible price, progressing transactions smoothly, and keeping all stakeholders well-informed.

  • Appraisal Expertise: Conduct in-depth apartment appraisals, setting competitive asking prices and guiding owners on enhancing property appeal.
  • Client Interaction: Lead engaging property viewings, matching customers with their ideal homes while showcasing the lifestyle benefits of our developments.
  • Sales Progression: Collaborate with our Sales Progressor to move deals from offer to completion efficiently, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
  • Market Insights: Stay ahead of the game by monitoring market trends, providing valuable feedback to enhance our sales strategies.
  • Customer Engagement: Maintain consistent communication with vendors and buyers, nurturing relationships and driving sales through proactive follow-ups.

Your Attributes

  • Experience of successful selling within an estate agency or letting agency environment and/or within property sales.
  • Experience of developing and following up leads and enquiries within timescales
  • Strong commercial acumen, organisational skills, and proficiency in tools like Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and objection handling skills.
  • A team player who thrives on collaboration
  • A Valid and Full UK Driving Licence required as the occasional travel is part of the role.
