Overview:

As a Property Client Accountant, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient management of client accounts, financial transactions, and reporting. Your role will involve working closely with property managers, clients, and internal stakeholders to maintain financial integrity, provide excellent customer service, and support the overall financial health of the company

About Praxis:

Praxis is a well-established privately owned investor and manager of UK real estate with a track record of exceptional investment performance rooted in astute market timing and best-in-class management. The business was established in 2009 but traces its origins back over three decades and multiple economic cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and reconcile client accounts and databases
  • Raise charges, process receipts, and manage payments
  • Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
  • Liaise with clients and internal teams, ensuring excellent service
  • Support debt collection and resolve account queries
  • Ensure compliance with RICS and legal standards
  • Identify and support process improvements

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in property accounting (commercial experience preferred)
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Excel and property systems like TRAMPS, Qube, or Yardi
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and team-focused
  • Competitive Salary + Discretionary Bonus
