Acis Group Limited is seeking a Clearance Technician to turn vacant properties back into welcoming spaces. You will clear interiors and exteriors, handle bulky waste and assist with basic repairs, ensuring sites are left clean, safe and ready for the next team.

The role offers a strong safety culture, benefits, and opportunities to develop skills in waste handling, ducting and property clearance. Flexible working options may be discussed.

Formación

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Experience handling large volumes of bulky and heavy waste.
• Knowledge of basic repairs such as joining and simple fixes.
• Knowledge and use of basic tools to aid in rubbish removal and takedown of buildings.
• Understanding of handling simple hazardous waste and safe management.

Responsabilidades

• Clear empty properties, inside and outside, including garages, lofts and outbuildings.
• Clear estate areas.
• Safely remove and dispose of electrical items, white goods and contents, including perishable items.
• Remove graffiti, rubbish, dirt and clutter from walls and surfaces.
• Remove carpets, flooring and associated fittings.
• Dismantle sheds or outbuildings and dispose of them.
• Refill empty ponds and ensure grounds are tidy and safe.
• Grit communal areas in poor weather and perform sparkle cleans as requested.
