Property Cleaning Operatives - Birmingham (Garretts Green)

We are seeking a female cleaning operative to clean void and occupied properties according to customer specifications. These roles are with one of the UK's leading Property Security, Maintenance, and Management companies.

Responsibilities:

1. Clean all areas including stairs and landings
2. Clean kitchen and bathroom areas
3. Sweep and mop floors
4. Damp, dust, and polish all applicable areas
5. Wipe clean all light switches and contact points such as handrails and door handles
6. Spot clean walls as needed
7. Remove cobwebs
8. Ensure properties are cleaned to customer standards

Additional Details:

Hours of work are 40 hours per week. Overtime and standby duties may be required as needed. The pay rate is up to GBP 13.68 per hour.
