Job summary

Acorn by Synergie is seeking a Property Cleaner for outdoor and indoor cleaning across various residential and commercial sites. The role is 37 hours per week with a 6-week temporary contract and immediate start readiness.

Experience in cleaning or property maintenance is preferred. You should be physically fit, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team while following health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning or caretaking experience preferred.
• Physically able to perform manual outdoor tasks.
• Reliable, motivated and flexible with a positive attitude.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good awareness of health and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Carry out cleaning duties across residential and commercial properties.
• Complete basic property maintenance and minor repair tasks.
• Move furniture and equipment as required.
• Carry out grass cutting and grounds maintenance duties.
• Maintain clean, safe, and well-presented buildings and outdoor areas.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
• Support the wider maintenance team with general site duties.
