Job summary

Exchange Street Claims & Financial Services in the United Kingdom is recruiting a property claims handler for domestic and commercial losses, currently homebased. You will manage claims from cradle to grave, conduct virtual site visits, and talk directly with policyholders to gather facts.

Over time, you'll train to become a field-based adjuster, handling your own visits with progression opportunities and support for further qualifications.

Qualifications

• Solid experience handling property claims (domestic or commercial).
• Cert CII or Cert CILA qualification or near completion.
• Full driving licence required for future field visits.

Responsibilities

• Handle property claims from cradle to grave for domestic and commercial losses.
• Conduct virtual site visits and communicate with policyholders to gather facts.
• Make informed liability and settlement decisions and document actions.
