The role focuses on daily site upkeep and coordinating access for service providers with a strong emphasis on safety and presentation.

The successful candidate will have experience with the public, strong maintenance knowledge, and clear communication skills.

Qualificações

• Experience working with the public is essential.
• Knowledge of health and safety and general maintenance.
• Good verbal and written communication.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate access for services to the estate, such as contractors and utilities.
• Ensure the site is clean, tidy and well maintained.
• Attend site during emergencies or out of hours when required.
• Maintain lighting, safety equipment and reporting faults.
• Record meter readings and liaise with managers as needed.
