PROPERTY CARE - CASE HANDLER

Location: BRACKNELL

Type: PERMANENT

Salary: GBP25,625 + UP TO GBP5,200 BONUS

Our client, based in Bracknell, is seeking a Property Care Case Handler to join their well-established and expanding team. This is a Mon-Fri, office-based role, and it is NOT in an Estate Agent setting.

As a Property Care Administrator, you will be responsible for managing multiple properties, ensuring each is handled efficiently and to the highest standard.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to grow and develop in a fast-paced environment that offers long-term progression.

Responsibilities:
  1. Build relationships with solicitors, estate agents, and clients.
  2. Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
  3. Handle incoming enquiries.
  4. Arrange repairs and building work.
  5. Obtain quotes from various suppliers.
  6. Run and thoroughly check reports.
  7. Manage budgets in line with client expectations.

Applicants must possess problem-solving skills and manage their time efficiently—these are essential for success in this role. Experience in the property or conveyancing industries is desirable but not mandatory.

Our client offers a basic salary of up to GBP25,625, with a quarterly bonus of up to GBP5,200.
